About the Project
Loudwater is open for the community of Ludlow & the surrounding area to use, predominantly working with disabled adults including learning disabilities; the visually impaired etc. Funding restricts the opportunities that staff are able to offer & more would mean they could offer lower priced workshops to those on personal incomes & benefits; & further activities for groups & individuals on more days of the week. Staff are keen to engage with local creatives to enable new creative skills to be learnt by those supported at an affordable price. Creativity is key to a child's well-being & enjoyment & some activities are available, but they are keen to offer more. Particularly to work alongside schools & to develop more specialised children's groups in the studio for creative fun.
