How this cause brings people in the community together
Mindfulness practice involves bringing yourself back into the present moment by noticing elements of your surroundings you may normally be too busy to notice. It helps by relaxing the body and mind simultaneously through breathing exercises and guided imagery. This way we can release tension and become more aware of how we’re feeling. For busy people, it is an opportunity to take some time out for yourself and join us on Zoom to learn how mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety whilst bringing more joy to your life.
