2nd Stoneleigh Scout Group is an expanding group and as such requires additional camping equipment including tents and cooking apparatus to ensure successful camps.

About this cause
Our goal is to assist local young people (6–18 years old) to achieve skills for life, encouraging them to do more, learn more and be more, and helping them to develop skills such as teamwork, leadership and resilience. Each week we give them the opportunity to enjoy fun activities, while developing the skills needed to succeed now and in the future.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our project is hoping to achieve funding to assist with resources such as tents and other camping equipment to enable the Scout group to maximise the opportunities for the young people. Camping is a staple activity of Scouting which will provide members of the entire group with learning opportunities in a fun and safe environment.
