About this cause
We provide free pet food to anyone across the South Wales area who is struggling to afford it. We aim to keep pets at home where they belong and not in shelters due to poverty. We currently have 18 outlets and need to add more.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our project will continue to support the most vulnerable people in our community, at a time when they need it the most. During this difficult phase of food, fuel and pet food poverty, we will be offering a lifeline for some of the people we support enabling them to keep their pets. The project will break the cycle of people going to foodbanks to access human food to share with their pets, ensuring that both owners and pets receive healthy food.
