We aim to clean up our sensory garden and replace our toadstool seats, to offer a place where our mental health support team can take children. Being in nature is shown to help good mental health.

About this cause
The PTA works to raise funds to support the school. It purchases items that the school is no longer able to afford due to tightening budgets. It also organises social events to enable the school community to come together.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This project will enable us to support some of the most vulnerable children in our school community. Mental health issues are sadly becoming more and more common for children, even at the young age we have them with us, and it is important that we are able to support them in the best way. We have qualified staff and indoor space to use, but research shows that nature is hugely beneficial on supporting mental health. This space is currently underused and a bit unloved, but with some TLC, it will be the perfect place to take our children during some of their sessions.
