About this cause
We're a Community Interest Company that aims to boost wellbeing and mental health through trainings and away day experiences for the UK working population, especially underrepresented or minority groups within Yorkshire.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Mental health support in the community can be boosted through rich conversations that encourage us to share who we are, without fear of discrimination. We aim to break down barriers around relationship building, loneliness and isolation by encouraging fun, healthy conversations, that enable us to relive experiences, using Explore by SVH cards to connect individuals across generations.
