Funding will help us to look after Spa Ponds Nature Reserve to improve biodiversity and to make the site even better for people who visit this local wildlife site which is always open to the public.
About this cause
The group exists to conserve, protect, and improve the natural environment in Forest Town, Mansfield. The work we do benefits wildlife and the general public, in particular the many thousands of visitors to Spa Ponds who use the site for walking, dog walking, cycling, horse riding, family outings, etc. We also provide a great place for people to volunteer and get involved in nature conservation.

Spa Ponds Nature Reserve is a fantastic resource for everyone in the community to enjoy, whether for its beauty and tranquillity, its contribution to local walks and trails, or as a great place for people to get involved in rewarding volunteering activities. This project will help pay towards the running costs for Forest Town Nature Conservation Group to help manage and improve this wildlife site.
