Access to food
We'd like to continue all our current activities, start new ones, and buy equipment to support various community projects.
About this cause
We are a group of unpaid volunteers who aim to bring new or improved facilities to Aveley, and try to help as many individuals as we can. We have been helping support the community since 2002 via lunch clubs, toddler and youth groups, and a community minibus which has wheelchair access. We also put on public events throughout the year.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We have been working with local organisations to relocate people and redistribute large volumes of food to groups and foodbank locations across Thurrock and Havering.
