Viewfield Garden Collective
Mental wellbeing
We provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic gardening experience for people who may feel excluded within the community – such as those with mental health issues or learning disabilities.
About this cause
Viewfield Garden Collective (VGC) provides support and development through horticulture for excluded groups of people, such as those with mental health problems or support needs, in Skye and Lochalsh. Our main purposes are education, community, health and environmental protection. We support clients to get involved in social interaction, arts workshops, exercise, training and therapeutic gardening.
