We wish to offer breast cancer patients support by providing opportunities to meet others through social activities, alongside practical and holistic means, while undergoing treatment or surgery.
About this cause
We support women with a breast cancer diagnosis and organise events to reduce isolation, increase access to physical activity and build confidence. We provide social events, wellbeing groups such as meditation and pottery, alongside a book club and access to listening books.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We offer practical, emotional and holistic support to breast cancer patients in and around Northamptonshire. The aim is to provide new breast cancer patients with a support bag and ensure that no patient faces their diagnosis on their own. Coffee mornings, walks, book club, pottery classes, evening socials – there is something for everyone.
