We wish to provide a safe and engaging outdoor area for the children of Layfield to play and learn. We’re aiming to fund a canopy to provide shelter, new flooring to the timber trail and a greenhouse.
About this cause
We're a group who support our local primary school with fundraising. We are working towards helping the school to develop the outdoor area. This will include a greenhouse, a canopy providing shelter and new flooring of the timber trail. This will help improve the fitness and wellbeing of the children giving them more opportunity to play and learn outdoors in a safe environment.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our project will benefit Layfield Primary school pupils and future children wishing to attend the school. It will have a direct impact on the children’s mental health and encourage fitness and activity by being able to spend more time learning and playing outdoors in a safe environment.
