We'd like to provide electric car charging points for the village, and start an electric vehicle car club for the community to use.
About this cause
Haddenham has declared a climate emergency and aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. Our goal is therefore to assist in lowering the carbon emissions within Haddenham, by providing electric vehicle car charing points for individual use. In addition, we'd like to start an electric vehicle car club to enable residents to use electric vehicles for specific journeys, without the financial outlay of owning an EV car.
How this cause brings people in the community together
By providing electric vehicle charging points for residents to use and introducing an electric vehicle car club, we can help reduce carbon emissions for the residents of Haddenham. Thus, helping Haddenham meet its objectives of being a carbon neutral village by 2030.
