Mental wellbeing
We will provide home visits to over 50s struggling with the cost of living, to help them maximise their income, improving wellbeing. The funding will go towards project costs and travel expenses.
About this cause
We promote social justice and combat poverty by providing free advice and support in North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We specialise in welfare benefits and debt advice, as well as digital inclusion work to maximise income and improve mental wellbeing. We're working to support people through the cost of living crisis, helping to maximise income, access food, avoid homelessness and manage debt.

How this cause brings people in the community together
We will help older people with mobility or health problems to maximise their income and access the support and services they need. We will ensure older people claim the benefits they're entitled to, so they have enough money for food, heating and help at home with daily activities. 80% will report improved financial wellbeing, which has a huge impact on mental health and wellbeing.
