Mental wellbeing
We want to buy resources and equipment to educate our children on our carbon footprint, whilst continuing to focus on 'growing our own', with outdoor education benefitting pupils health and wellbeing.
About this cause
We are a team of parents and community members whose purpose is to raise funds for projects and resources to directly benefit the children in our school. Our aim is to focus on the health and wellbeing of our pupils.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our project will allow us to educate our children further on our carbon footprint and the importance of tackling climate change. Through initiatives such as growing our own vegetables, children will learn more about food miles and the implications of what we eat. A focus on outdoor learning and activities will also continue to help the mental wellbeing of our children.
