People: Supporting young people to fulfil their potential
We would like to redevelop an area of land into an outdoor learning space. This would involve adding seating to form a communication area, and a shelter to make the space accessible all year round.
About this cause
We provide care and education for children 2 to 5 years old. Our professional staff provide a safe, secure and caring environment where learning, play and fun come together. We welcome all children and families into our setting regardless of race, religion, culture, ability, sexuality or gender.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The benefits of outdoor learning and play for children are already well acknowledged. Our young children have grown up through the last 2 years during lockdown and missed out on so many social interactions. We hope this project will offer wide-reaching benefits to them, as well as the many children joining the pre-school in years to come.
