People: Supporting young people to fulfil their potential
We'll support young people in creating a production of Animal Farm, and run workshops in schools and discuss UK and world events by engaging with drama.
About this cause
We aim to continue to produce, perform, and create high-quality drama productions and deliver unique theatre workshop experiences. We'd like to continue to grow and develop our organisation, and provide support for students in leadership roles with professional mentors and space to develop their practice. We aim to establish workshops for schools to accompany our productions.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This project will be used to give a voice to young people through the production of a classic work of literature. For this year's project, we aim to expand our reach by connecting with the curriculum and offering workshops to local schools. This will enable more young people to use drama as a way of expressing their opinions, questioning society, and engaging with the world around them.
