People: Improving people’s mental wellbeing
We would like to host one-day wellbeing courses for the socially disadvantaged, such as low-income families. Our core ethos is conservation and practical, nature-based experiential learning.

About this cause
We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for diverse community groups to connect with nature and improve their wellbeing. We do this by delivering hands-on, outdoor learning in a beautiful native woodland.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Participants will gain new skills and enjoy the proven mental and physical benefits that a connection to nature can give. Activities will include foraging, outdoor cooking, nature connection and outdoor therapies that support mental health. These will lead to an increased awareness of food sovereignty, healthy eating, plant-based alternatives, and a deepening connection to what we eat.
