People: Improving people’s mental wellbeing
We would like seeds and other materials to get Cornwall growing together. Imagine the whole county bursting with joyful, colourful wildflowers and, most importantly, people sharing the joy of growing.
About this cause
We aim to bring the community together through gardens and gardening. We believe that people who grow together, grow together! We all need plants, at the very least to eat and breathe. So, regardless of background or experience, growing is something which naturally brings people together. So, let's get growing.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Growing Together is a shared endeavour. We will equip and encourage people throughout Cornwall to grow sunflowers, share their stories and their glorious blooms via our website. We know this will have an impact on health and wellbeing. We've done it before on a parish scale. We want people to grow together across this beautiful county.
