MK SNAP aim to establish a gardening, physical activity, and healthy eating project to support people with learning disabilities.
About this cause
MK SNAP will run a gardening, healthy eating, and mental wellbeing project for people with learning disabilities. This will involve people with learning disabilities at MK SNAP being supported by tutors, learning assistants and volunteers enabling them to work in our garden, take part in physical wellbeing activities, and learn about healthy eating and creating healthy meals.

How this cause brings people in the community together
Improve the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, confidence, and skills of people with learning disabilities, especially those who have suffered the negative impact of two years of isolation, and lack of stimulation, and exercise during the pandemic.
