How this cause brings people in the community together
Through therapeutic coaching we help people understand their emotional needs, learn coping strategies and techniques to help with managing stress, anxiety, anger, trauma and depression. Our volunteer life coaches offer timely and effective support to people who are experiencing emotional distress and helping to improve their emotional wellbeing also has a positive impact on those around them too.
