We are seeking funding for our patient and carer wellbeing service that offers a range of support and activities that improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
About this cause
We provide in-patient hospice services together with a range of other community-based services for patients with a terminal diagnosis.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our sessions aim to connect patients, carers and family members during a time when people can often feel alone. Even before the pandemic, being a patient with a terminal illness or carer can be a very lonely place. Now it is even more important that we do all we can to support patients and carers in our community by providing sessions to improve their mental wellbeing.
