Mental wellbeing
We aim to provide counselling sessions for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and their families to help them come to terms with and manage this unpredictable, incurable condition.
About this cause
We're a group that wants to improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our local MS community. We support 500 local people with MS on a regular basis. With no funding from the NHS or larger national charities, we need to raise funds to make sure our local community gets the support it needs to live fulfilled lives with MS.

How this cause brings people in the community together
Many people struggle with isolation, but this can be improved by counselling. Feedback shows counselling provides significant improvement to the emotional state, relationships and day-to-day functioning of our members.
