LifeLine Projects
Young people
We would like to ensure that young people have a safe space to come to, where they can speak to a trusted mentor, engage in positive activities and build friendships.
About this cause
LifeLine Projects provides support to disadvantaged young people and their families who are on the edge of youth violence, school exclusion and poor mental health. Our purpose is to give people the skills, confidence and opportunities to live full lives and to become agents for change in their communities. We do this via our various one-to-one mentoring and activity programmes.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our project aims to create ‘Vision, Identity and Purpose’ for young lives. We help beneficiaries develop confidence and skills, encouraging them to take leadership roles in their communities. Our volunteering opportunities enable them to become agents for the change they want to see. Improved wellbeing filters down, enhancing friendships, family and community relationships across social groups.
