People: Supporting young people to fulfil their potential
We want to offer eight, currently-unemployed young people the opportunity to work and train with us. This would enable them to build confidence and develop the skills to secure future employment.

About this cause
Our aim is to enable people of all ages to utilise broadcasting in sharing the work they undertake within the broader community and how services can be accessed by others. We have enabled many individuals and organisations to share information via broadcasting to the benefit of both their own organisations and the thousands of local people who listen to our station.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Young people have suffered a great deal as a consequence of Covid-19, and this has had a negative impact on their mental health and their ability to gain employment in a competitive market. We will support young participants to learn new skills in helping us run the station, while enabling them to inform and encourage our listeners with their stories.
