The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust
People: Improving people’s mental wellbeing
We plan to make sure that all our clients are left feeling safe and secure in their own home both physically and online.

About this cause
The Trust protects the most vulnerable by securing homes of those over 60 or, 18+ with a disability, who have become, or are at risk of becoming, victims of house crime, domestic abuse or cyber-crime. Our security and fire risk assessments, followed by the installation of appropriate security hardware and smoke alarms, and our stay safe online home visits, are free to all eligible clients.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Without a doubt the work of our Charity significantly improves the quality of life for the vulnerable residents in our community and ensures that they can carry on living independently and safely in their own homes. A safe and secure neighbourhood is somewhere everyone deserves to live. It has been proven that where houses have been made safe and security advice given, house crime has fallen.
