About this cause
We provide a range of community-based services that promote prevention, wellbeing and recovery for people with mental health issues and those at risk. These include housing, floating support, "Be Well" interventions and community development, as well as employment and volunteering opportunities. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality support and challenging the stigma of mental distress.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We listen to and empower people to help co-produce activities, including communities at greater risk of continued loneliness and isolation. We provide early interventions via a network of activities, such as walking groups, relaxation, and arts and crafts. This helps prevent mental health issues from escalating, while strengthening wellbeing, social connections and assets.
