We want to buy sewing and art resources to offer creative skills workshops to maintain our creative community, which includes our community costume store and a projector/screen for our cinema club.
About this cause
We strive to provide for those on low incomes who attend classes, events, or productions, and we provide a wide range of opportunities for all age ranges to take part in arts-based activities. It is important to us to develop young people in direction, as well as creative and performance skills to foster their ambitions to progress further in education or employment in the arts industry.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our core work and focus activities will be enriched to accommodate all those that will benefit from creativity across the arts, as a way to aid their healing after the impact of Coronavirus. Developing a programme will help our community to thrive after adversity, further improving inclusivity through universal creative wellbeing opportunities which will raise self-esteem and confidence.
