We would offer dance, drama, music and movement sessions to children with additional needs and their families, face-to-face and via Zoom, to help their wellbeing during these uncertain times.
About this cause
SNAPS provides specialist therapeutic support via hydrotherapy, rebound therapy and swimming for children with additional needs, aged 1-16, along with fun, creative and educational activities, and support services. We work collaboratively with the whole family to help their children to progress towards their personal goals, while providing a safe and secure space to meet with others.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Sessions would be offered face-to-face and via Zoom, to enable children with additional needs and their families to attend, whether they remain shielding or not, in a way that is safe. They would provide an opportunity for children to have fun and be creative, while also helping them to continue to develop their mobility, co-ordination, strength, balance and communication skills.
