About this cause
Family Action’s PAC-UK service is England’s largest independent adoption support agency, with over 30 years’ experience of providing therapy, advice, counselling and training for those affected by adoption and permanency. Our support extends to adopted children, adoptive/permanent care families, birth families (those losing their children to adoption/placement), and adults adopted as children.

How this cause brings people in the community together
Requests for support during COVID-19 have been unprecedented and the increase in CPV has never been higher. For many families accessing the CPV programme, their support networks may have depleted or are non-existent. This group programme brings together people who otherwise would have been unlikely to meet. This builds a much needed additional support resource for parents experiencing CPV.
