We would like to purchase a permanent home that is damp-free. This will enable us to store more baby items and therefore help more families.
About this cause
Our aim is to relieve poverty in North Aberdeenshire by providing good quality new and pre-owned baby items to families who could not otherwise afford these items. It helps families living in poverty and other disadvantaged circumstances. All donations are passed on to the families supported by us through referrals from health professionals and other agencies.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Having a central building will enable local volunteers to come in and support our organisation by sorting clothing and making up referrals. Taking referrals from local community organisations, as well as health and social work professionals, ensures we can support as many families as possible.
