Our infants' environmental area has fallen into serious disrepair. We would like to create an inclusive outdoor space to really help the children unwind, get active and just be kids outdoors.
About this cause
Friends of Nevill Road Schools is the infants and junior schools’ Parent Teacher Association (PTA). Its main purpose is to raise money to help improve the school's facilities. We help fund items which add value to the childrens education or wellbeing that wouldn’t normally be funded through the school’s budget.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We would like to use the Business in the Community scheme to get teams of people from local businesses to come in and help with the labour and hard work. This would be a great team building activity for them to help all children in the community for years to come. We would, however, need to provide tools, materials and specialist contractors where required.
