We seek to transform the lives of all who live in our community. We do this by running many different social outreach activities from our church building. We have a large youth group of 85 children, aged five to 15, and we seek to mentor them through experiences and opportunities. We run a baby charity, helping the most vulnerable mums in Swansea, and our food bank, school holiday free meals and surplus food distribution help feed all those who are hungry. We help the elderly through luncheon clubs, and also provide a bereavement support group in partnership with our local Co-op Funeralcare. We also run a mentoring programme with our local schools, and provide Easter eggs and Christmas presents to vulnerable families all over Swansea.
Our project brings people of all ages together through the provision of free meals, free cinema screenings, free activities for people of all ages throughout school holidays, a night shelter for the homeless, and surplus food distribution. Our buildings are used by hundreds of people every week, who come together for friendship, community and practical help.
