Paperwork Theatre CIC exist to create live theatrical experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds. By creating art, which is joyful, playful, adventurous and full of human experience, we aspire to build shared experiences which are accessible to everyone, regardless of background. We know that participating in artistic activity makes people feel better, enables social change and improves health and wellbeing. Therefore, we bring people together to experience art as active participants through performance, workshops and events. PLAY-DATES are regular workshops for the local community, delivered by professional artists. Using creative writing, drama and crafts we collaborate to learn new skills, reduce loneliness and enhance community cohesion. This activity is free to participants.
Our creative workshop offer, brings together people from all walks of life to tackle loneliness and social isolation through participation in high quality, professionally led, artistic activity. As a community, they regularly learn new skills in a fun, safe and creative environment. By making activities free, we ensure they are accessible to everyone, regardless of background or financial status.
