We would like to replace the existing hall which is no longer fit for purpose as it's beyond repair with no disabled access or facilities.
About this cause
Debden Memorial Hall is located in the centre of the rural village of Debden. Debden Village Hall Trust provides and maintains a village meeting place to bring residents together. Being a rural community, residents can become isolated, so events and activities are regularly organised to prevent this from happening.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We can support each other better if we have a warm, safe and lively building to use daily. It will encourage and support our community to flourish. A new village hall will help to secure stronger, safer, and more neighbourly community.
