Working in a theatre, under the guidance of experienced and enthusiastic leaders who have completed safe-guarding checks, the children and young people will have fun and enjoyment while attaining the goal of achieving to the best of their ability. They will be expected to take responsibility for their individual props and costumes and to work as a team, while respecting each others' contributions. The aim is have have regular workshops for small groups under specialist supervision to learn a skill, as in music, dance or literature, and to bring all they have learned to a performance to a paying audience. It is hoped that a progression of skills will be evident into adulthood.
