About the Charity

The registered charity was set up in 2008 by a group of parent carers to provide sporting activities for around 55 people with learning disabilities to keep them fit and healthy. The activities take place across West Lancashire during the evening and sometimes at weekends. We provide sessional staff who collect the adults, support them at the activity, then take them home. Parents/Carers get a break during the night from their caring duties. Sessions include ten pin bowling, boccia, swimming. aerobics, keep fit, pool, swimming and much more.
