Jigsaw Community Counselling Centre
Health
We want to continue our counselling and support services for vulnerable people in Greater Belfast and aim to pay for additional counsellors.
About this cause
Jigsaw Community Counselling Centre was established in 2010 to deliver accessible counselling and support services to the vulnerable people of North Belfast who are in much need of therapeutic intervention and support. We offer professional, confidential and ethical counselling for all ages and mentoring support for the needy. We can offer a range of counselling and mentoring sessions to tackle issues such as: abuse, domestic violence, anger, family breakdown, addiction, depression, anxiety, self-harm. We also work in a growing number of local schools in North Belfast to improve the emotional well-being of children, their families and the whole school community. There we deal with a variety of issues including bereavement, trauma, bullying, family breakdown and anger issues.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Jigsaw CCC offers confidential and non-judgmental counselling services to everyone, irrespective of faith or background. We also work in a number of local schools in North Belfast to improve the emotional well-being of not just the children but their families and the whole school community.
