We want a tent or marquee for our beach cleans and days of action, so people can identify us and offer help to keep our spaces beautiful.
About this cause
Keep Lancing Lovely has volunteers that help come rain or shine with regular litter picks, Beach cleans and raising awareness of our beautiful open spaces through our village. Our aims are to help promote a family friendly and inclusive community. To encourage our local community to take pride in their locality and promote health and wellbeing through collective local action. We would like to educate residents of all ages about everyday actions they can take to improve our local environment and help protect our local beach and open spaces trough litter picks and "days of action"
How this cause brings people in the community together
We organise lots of little events and also some brig events within our community to help clear litter and spruce up our local beach, parks and planters throughout our village. Everyone is welcome and regularly have local scout and guide groups attend our monthly beach cleans. We never turn anyone away and are always looking to involve local groups and build a bond between us and others.
