We want to enhance outdoor learning opportunities for the children at this inner city primary school, with new robust eco friendly benches.
About this cause
Mayfield Primary School PTA is currently raising funds for various projects to enhance the outside learning in the school. We are currently fundraising to furnish our outdoor learning area, and replace our old and well used wooden picnic tables for new 8 seater, 100% recycled heavy duty plastic tables with a 20 year guarantee, for the children and parents to use all year round for many years to come.
How this cause brings people in the community together
As the name says the PTA is a group of parents and teachers working together for the school and community. Mayfield is a diverse school of children with various backgrounds, needs and cultures. Everyone is welcome. We hire our school halls and the grounds out to the community when it is not being used by the school.
