We want to buy tents to take all our troop to district camp. Currently all our tents have leaks.
About this cause
The Purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. We work hard in our community to ensure we make it inclusive for all and try our best through fundraising and events to raise money to ensure all our families can do all activities.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We will be able to loan the tents to other groups and schools in the community if they need them. It will also allow us to take everyone that wants to go to camp a safe warm and dry tent and hopefully enhance the scouting experience and give young people in our community new experiences they might not normally get.
