We want to replace our current dilapidated all weather playing facility and get a new perimeter fence.
About this cause
Ryton & Crawcrook Albion FC (RACA) serves the wider community of Crawcrook & the surrounding villages. We're currently home to 16 Junior Football Teams ranging from Under 7 yrs to Under 18 yrs & a Tots Soccer School. We have a senior team who currently play in the 2nd division of the Northern League, a Ladies team & an adult Sunday Team. RACAs objective is to offer a safe & inclusive environment for children, teenagers & young adults to learn how to play football under the watchful eye of their FA qualified coaches. The club supports progression for all through the development stages of the game leading onto playing in competitive leagues.
How this cause brings people in the community together
By providing a refurbished All weather playing facility the club will have a place where teams can train in all weather conditions. When expansion of the clubs facilities is complete we will be able to offer the use of the all weather pitch to the wider community of Crawcrook - local schools, youth groups & 7-a-side social teams. The club will also offer hire of the pitch for children's parties.
