About this cause
Christ Church Pre-School provides a high quality, affordable & accessible early education and childcare service to children primarily below statutory school age. We provide a safe & supportive learning environment that promotes equality and values diversity. We work in partnership with parents so that every child feels secure in the knowledge that we are working together. Our philosophy is that "children will learn through play". We offer high ratios of adults to children, a personal key worker who makes sure your child makes satisfying progress. We are a pre-school which sees parents as partners in helping children learn.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We'd love to expand to the local community by running gardening groups in the holidays for children & parents to maintain the allotment. Ask local people from the community to support the project & gain veg in return! Allow local scouts & brownie groups to use the allotment. Share the food with the church for Harvest Festival. Create packs for families to get involved at home with growing own food
