We want to carry out renovation works on the interior of the hall, changing rooms and toilets.
About this cause
The aim of the charity is to deliver, develop and maintain a facility for the benefit of all local residents and community groups. We support a senior and three youth football teams that play in local football leagues. Additionally we support a senior citizens group (FALLS) which helps combats isolation in rural communities. We also support a local fitness class and a Youth Club. We help the above mentioned groups by providing suitable facilities including a multi-purpose hall, kitchen, toilets/changing rooms as well as sport pitches.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The community centre currently provide a facility for the local population to engage in community activities that are not available locally. Once the renovation works are complete we aim to expand the number of football teams using the facilities and also expand the number of sports available to the local population.
