We need funds to take local disadvantaged children to the pantomime.
About this cause
Involve the local community in the local decision making process, provide support, information and guidance when required, develop and maintain a programme of social educational and recreational activities. We aim to engage young people in a friendly and encouraging setting and promote youth participation. We shall where possible respond to the issues that affect young people in their daily lives. We aim to promote the community flat to the wider Denny area. As we are a community led organisation we make a difference to local people by providing free or low cost activities within their community. We are based in the SMID area of Denny.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We would be taking children whom don't normally have this opportunity. These children come from families whom are unemployed, on benefits, low incomes or are living with parents whom have drugs or alcohol issues. We would also use this as a thank you for our young volunteers whom have given up there time by volunteering at the youth club.
