About this cause
Piping & drumming tuition is very popular with both young and old players. These up and coming pipers & drummers are taught in the evening, at Denny High School. We are confident our tutors will ensure their progress to the competition level required. The band continues its charitable work, by playing at the local Denny Gala day & the annual armistice parade. The band also assists the Air Cadets by playing at their passing out parade, as well as playing at the senior citizens Christmas party.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Gives the children something to aspire to and will learn how to play a musical instrument. This will make them feel more included in their community as they are able to grow into playing local venues.
