Young People
We want to use the money to tidy up the appearance of our external property as well as redecorating the entire building.
About this cause
We provide scouting for young people from ages 6 to 14. The Scouting program has three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the "Aims of Scouting." They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. We prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scouting and encouraging them to make difference in their community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The Scout Hall is used by other members of the community as well as a church group. If the hall is decorated it will be a better experience for our young people and others that use it. If we can improve the grounds and car park vehicles will not have to park on the busy road
