How this cause brings people in the community together

The stigmatization of mental health difficulties is one of the key reasons why many people who experience such difficulties do not seek professional help. The key to addressing stigma associated with mental health is education. The project delivers a mental health puppetry workshops to children of primary-school age, developing their knowledge and understanding of anxiety, depression, self-harm and help. Puppetry for children can be an effective and engaging way of teaching children about sensitive subjects like mental health.
