We want to take our young people on holiday to build confidence and independence, giving life skills and experience we all take for granted.
About this cause
Our community centre, is mainly used by our disabilities group, but we do have other groups that rent a space, this helps us to have an income that supports the building and our group. We support a youth group, for young people with learning disabilities. We pay for 2 specialist workers, we sponsor our young people to do all the things we all take for granted, such as day trips as a group, with friends. We pay for specialist sessions for pottery, cooking, baking, going on holiday as a group. We teach life skills to our young people and we help them to volunteer with others from our community, for example our Luncheon club.

Bringing groups together, groups that can help each other, all learning from each other.
