We want to update pathways to make more of our site inclusive for those in wheelchairs or with mobility issues.
About this cause
We offer work based training to adults with learning and mental health disabilities. Adults who attend our service learn social and practical skills to enhance their lives and give them a reason to get up in the morning.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Improved pathways will mean members of the public, our customers, will be able to walk safely around more the site; this will include customers with mobility issues and those in wheelchairs. It will also make more of the site accessible to local groups; scout groups when they come to us for badge earning activities, or groups of older people from local care homes visiting.
