About this cause
Sunrise Nursery based a Wharton Children's Centre is a community run Nursery, operating on a 'not for profit' basis. We aim to provide high quality, flexible and affordable childcare, which meets the needs of the local community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our new outdoor play area can be accessed by local children who attend the nursery or Children's Centre groups. It will provide safe and exciting outdoor play experiences, which is particularly good for children who otherwise have limited access to outdoor space. This in turn promotes a healthier lifestyle for our youngest generation.
